The kitchen at Table by Nyne The Beach cooks with the whole world in mind and the ocean at its doorstep. Open with sun-led breakfasts, then the menu begins to travel, handmade pasta and Mediterranean plates, fragrant noodles and rice from across Asia, and the deep, spice-led warmth of Sri Lanka's own rice-and-curry table, built on island produce and turning fresh seafood and prime cuts over open flame.

A menu that travels

The kitchen reaches across the world and brings it back to the coast, Italy in the fresh pasta, risotto and stone-fired pizza; Sri Lanka in the rice-and-curry table and crab feasts; Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and China across the noodle and rice plates; Mexico in the tostadas and quesadillas; France in the classic sauces and desserts, alongside premium cuts from Australia, Norway and the US. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are marked and run right through every menu.

Breakfast on the Beach

From a green goddess smoothie bowl and chia pudding to a full English, Sri Lankan soufflé omelette, and kiribath with lunumiris with breakfast cocktails (mimosa, breakfast martini, bloody mary) for those in no hurry.

Our menu includes a range of vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring everyone can find something delightful to enjoy. Highlighted items include a refreshing green goddess smoothie bowl and a hearty coconut saffron risotto.

Plant-based dining with genuine weight, marked clearly across every menu. Please mentions your dietery preferances to the server. 

Truly Sri Lankan

The island's coastal table: black pork curry with jackfruit and pol sambol, Negombo prawn curry with tempered long beans and fried sprats, Jaffna beef curry, mustard fish, and a full vegetarian/vegan rice and curry. The most-loved corner of the menu.

The Crab Feast (pre-order)

a whole kilo of sea crab or mud crab curry for two, served with steamed rice or rustic bread, dhal and pol sambol. A slow, hands-in, shared ritual worth booking ahead for.

Our experiential dining brings the kitchen's best to a setting worth remembering, a seafood feast for two, a shared barbecue on the beach deck as the sun goes down, or a multi-course journey through the flavours of the island, reimagined. Each is a set menu, prepared to order, designed to be unhurried and shared.
